Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted for wrong product delivered, damaged items, or significant deviation from description. Request within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Fruit opened or partially consumed
• Products with signs of improper storage after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging or lot labels

3. Refund Process

Prepaid refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
